When you register a player with our program, we collect:
- Player’s name, date of birth, and grade
- Parent or guardian name(s)
- Email addresses (parent and, where applicable, player)
- Phone numbers (parent and, where applicable, player)
- Emergency contact information
- Any medical or dietary notes you choose to share with us
Why We Collect It
We use this information only to run the program. That includes:
- Communicating about practices, games, schedules, and program updates
- Reaching parents or emergency contacts in case of injury or urgent issues
- Maintaining accurate rosters for league, school, and insurance purposes
- Coordinating volunteers, fundraising, and team logistics
Who Sees It
Registration information is shared only with coaches, team managers, and program organizers who need it to do their jobs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with marketers or third parties for advertising.
We may share limited information (such as a player roster) with our leagues, governing bodies, or insurance provider when required.
How We Protect It
We store registration information in access-controlled systems and limit who can view it. We keep records only as long as needed for the current season and reasonable historical reference (such as past rosters and team photos).
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we have on file for you or your player
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Remove your information after your player is no longer participating
